Namaste. I am Vaibhavi, a yoga teacher based in Delhi, India.
Yoga with Vaibhavi aims to create a welcoming community for all kinds of practitioners from beginner to advanced, promote wellness, and encourage self-awareness.
Learning about the teachings of yoga has changed my relationship with myself and others – I have become more open-minded, forgiving, resilient and clear minded. I find pure joy in practicing yoga, and I am constantly inspired to share the benefits with others at large.
I began teaching yoga in 2020 and have since developed deep connections with students all around the world. I hope to create a space where my students feel free, confident, and immersed in their practice to help them take charge of their personal journeys. I would describe my teaching style as approachable, motivational, and accommodative of my students’ needs.

MY TRAINING
I am a certified yoga instructor in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga.
I studied anatomy, physiology, philosophy, first at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Delhi in 2019 and later at IndeaYoga, Mysore where I also completed my 250+ hours YTTC in Ashtanga Yoga in 2020.
With a background in psychology, I am currently pursuing my Master of Science (Yoga) at SVYASA where I am learning about the therapeutic approach of yoga. Understanding the human mind, along with yogic scriptures, has allowed me to find synergy in my approach to body, mind & soul. Through my practice, I have grown and transformed into a more self-aware person with an increased sense of body and mindfulness.
